I had a really smooth experience. They sent clear emails about my order, when it was being processed, when it shipped, and basically every step along the way, so I never had to sit there wondering if it went through or where my package was. It was one of those simple, no-stress orders where you check your inbox, see the update, know what’s happening, and just move on with your day. Really easy overall, and I’m happy with how everything went

I ordered from Regal Rose and I still remember how nice it felt when the package arrived. The box was neat, everything was tucked in properly, and nothing was rattling around inside. The jewellery was wrapped so carefully that opening it felt a bit special, almost like unwrapping a thoughtful present. It arrived in perfect condition too, no dents or messy packaging. It’s one of those small things that sticks with you because you can tell they actually put care into it. I’d happily order again.

I bought a ring from regalrose.co it looked really when it first arrived. After a few weeks though, the colour started fading a bit, even though I wasn’t wearing it every day. It’s still wearable, but I expected it to hold up better. I also tried getting in touch about it and got transferred around, which was annoying and didn’t really help. For the price, I’d say it’s okay, but definitely not amazing.

They had every size I was looking for in stock, which made the whole process so easy. Ordering was quick, simple, and totally hassle-free. It was such a relief to find exactly what I needed without any stress.

I also liked that they seem quite open about trying to source things in a more ethical way, because that does matter to me. Delivery was smooth and the packaging felt nice without being excessive. My only regret is not adding one more piece to the order when I had the chance. I’d definitely buy from them again

Got exactly what I ordered, and the sizes and colour were all right, so no complaints there. Delivery did take a bit longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order from them again... maybe just allow a little extra time next time...

I’m still waiting for my refund, and it feels like I’m the one having to chase this down when I shouldn’t have to. I paid, I followed the steps, and now somehow I’m stuck waiting with no clear update. It’s really frustrating.

Got this for my sister and she absolutely loved it. It’s proper cute, i was kind of tempted to keep it for myself.

Had to exchange a ring for a different size. Worked out in the end, but took longer than I expected and the updates were kind of vague. Ring itself is really nice though, just wish the exchange had been quicker

I really like the style of the jewellery. It feels a bit more unique than a lot of what I usually see, and the rings and earrings look really nice without being too plain. It took me ages to pick something. Overall I’m happy with it, but I’d give 5 stars if a few pieces felt a little less delicate

In my experience, the delivery took ages to arrive, which was frustrating. I was getting annoyed waiting for it.

I tried shopping on my phone it was exactly the kind of annoying experience I was already worried it would be. The pages felt slow, and every time I clicked into an item, I’d somehow lose track of where I was. The filters didn’t really make things easier either, which just confirmed my feeling that the site wasn’t set up well for browsing. By the time I got to checkout, I was second guessing what was actually in my basket, and that was kind of the final straw. I ended up giving up. Just not a good shopping experience for me

I really liked the stuff and it all seemed nice and good quality, I just felt like the prices were a bit higher than I expected so while I’d probably buy again if I really wanted something, I’d definitely think twice because it does feel a little overpriced.

Ordered a couple of bits from Regal Rose. Parcel showed up when they said it would. Packaging was fine. Nothing damaged. So yeah, no real complaints there.
The only thing was the tracking. Didn’t really update for a day or two. Made me wonder a bit. But it still arrived on time, so all good. I’d order again.

I ordered my usual size and it fit perfectly. I was a little worried it might run small or big, but it worked out really well...

I did get my refund back in the end, but I had to follow up with them once to get things moving. it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I feel like whoever was handling my refund kind of dropped the ball a bit. It just took longer than I expected

I emailed them twice and the replies were super slow and not really helpful at all. Kinda frustrating ngl. I definitely won’t be bothering with ordering from them again.
